I then ran shaders without optifine and it worked perfectly except I was lagging.
I thought it was just a glitch I tried joining my server and it didn't only not join it froze my game. I installed shaders to an optifine profile (I also tried with forge), I opened the game and there was no text on my buttons. I have watched tutorials where you can use shaders and optifine together.
